BUZZMEDIA is seeking a highly motivated Account Management Intern to support the growth of its online advertising department. Top-tier online advertisers such as Coca-Cola, JC Penney, Sony, Bing, Universal Pictures, MTV, Electronic Arts and others who are looking to engage an extremely valuable audience work with BUZZMEDIA to build innovative marketing programs. The Account Management Department sits at the center of these relationships.

The Account Management team is not only critical to the creation of strong client relationships but to the overall success of BUZZMEDIA. As an Intern for the Account Management Team candidates must demonstrate multi-tasking skills, strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently as well as within a group. You will not only get to learn the fundamental work of the Account Management Department you will also have exposure to other facets of the organization.

Core Responsibilities:

Provide critical support to the Account Management team to effectively meet campaign goals. Gather client intelligence, assist in presentation development, and manage campaign reports. Participate actively in internal meetings and brainstorm sessions. Professional communication among internal teams

Requirements:

• Passionate about pop culture and looking to LOVE their job!
• Interest in Digital Media/Advertising
• Knowledge of various Social Media platforms
• Microsoft Office Skills are a MUST, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong data entry skills
• Good administrative writing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional relationship-building skills
• High energy individual who thrives in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work well with different personalities and within a team setting

Internship positions requires 20 – 25 hrs. per week
